Morality is relative – Vegans do coke – Oil barons recycle.
We can’t do it all
Can’t do it all on our own
There’s got to be balance.
I bet Mother Theresa kicked puppies
At least I hope she did.
When there’s so much pain and maliciousness around the weight of my own desire for perfection
breaks me apart.
Gotta do something bad
Or risk going sane in a crazy world.
Yet I won’t stoop to their level
But I should probably try and meet them halfway.
So I’ll glue myself onto the highway
Deface private property
Disrupt the powers that can’t change me – but can change the world.
Or maybe I’ll just kick a puppy.
